Steel Framing Systems (SFS) are load bearing walling systems, made from galvanized light weight steel sections and fixed together on-site. The system provides a carrier for insulation, exterior cladding and interior wall boards.

As a designer, and approved installer of the main SFS systems within the construction industry, Square 1 can offer our customers a fully engineered and tested Steel Framing System solution

Insulated Render systems are extremely flexible, offering increased durability and lower maintenance to create attractive, energy-saving facades on both new build and restoration projects.

Square 1 are an awarding winning contractor and therefore preferred applicators for the UK’s leading insulated render systems including: STO, SPS Envirowall, JUB & Wetherby.

Rainscreen cladding

Rainscreen is the term most commonly used for ventilated façade panel systems.

At Square 1 we can provide a total rainscreen package, including insulation, ventilated cavity fire barriers, and full support frame structure from the likes of Nvelopeand Kladfix.

We are a specialist facades contractor who can provide your company with a quotation for the design, supply and installation of the above systems. We can also provide and deliver other systems, such as SFS Infill Systems and Stone / Brickslip Cladding.
