New stand-alone three storey teaching and dining building, comprising kitchen and canteen to the ground floor and 21 new classrooms to the middle and upper floors.

Project: East Preston Junior & Infant Schools

The project consisted of a new building for the junior school and a large extension to the existing infant school building.
Square 1 worked closely with the Sunninghill team and Architect to design, supply and install an SFS infill and insulated render system on the two projects.
Project: Shoreham Academy Sports Hall

New build multi-use sports complex with tiered seating for 300 guests, comprising of 4 badminton and basketball, football, gymnastics and netball facilities.

Project: Wessex Hotel Development
Location: Bournemouth

Located on the old Wessex Hotel site in Bournemouth, the project comprises of 2x build residential blocks and a new Premier Inn sympathetic to the Art Deco style of the area.

Project: St Lucia Park
Location: Bordon
Package: SPS Envirowall Insulated Render System & Hardie Plank Cladding
Located in the centre on Bordon, the St Lucia Park scheme is the refurbishment of over 200 ex MOD homes.
Square 1 designed, supplied and installed an SPS Envirowall render and Hardie Plank cladding system to all on the homes on the project. The project has been nominate for the 2020 Energy Efficiency Awards.
Project: Figbury Lodge

Figbury Lodge Care Home is a new 80-bed facility for residents of the Borough of Poole. The care home specialises in dementia care and includes a unit especially adapted for resident rehabilitation following hospital treatment.
Working closely with the Stepnell team, Square 1 designed, supplied and installed an SFS infill system and STO Rotofix EWI render on the project.
Project: Premier Inn
Location: Southampton

The new Premier Inn in Southampton, which was previously the renowned Southampton Park Hotel. The project is part of Southampton’s regeneration and a modern building which overlooks the city Watts Park.
Working closely with the RG Carter team, Square 1 designed, supplied and installed a JUB insulated render system, Marley Rainscreen and decorative expanded mesh cladding on the project.
