Middle Street is a purpose-built student accommodation situated in Portsmouth situated just across the road from the University of Portsmouth Eldon building.
Square 1 installed the Alsecco Insulated Acrylic Brickslip system and ground floor Velfac Glazing.

Figbury Lodge Care Home is a new 80-bed facility for residents of the Borough of Poole. The care home specialises in dementia care and includes a unit especially adapted for resident rehabilitation following hospital treatment.
Working closely with the Stepnell team, Square 1 designed, supplied and installed an SFS infill system and STO Rotofix EWI render on the project.
Project: Premier Inn
Location: Southampton
Package: SFS Infill system & Redwood Timber Cladding
The new Premier Inn in Southampton, which was previously the renowned Southampton Park Hotel. The project is part of Southampton’s regeneration and a modern building which overlooks the city Watts Park.
Working closely with the RG Carter team, Square 1 designed, supplied and installed a JUB insulated render system, Marley Rainscreen and decorative expanded mesh cladding on the project.

Oxford House, Bournemouth development comprises 410 bedrooms, 76 studios, 2 levels of underground car park. This also compromises of 3 floors of commercial offices.
Square 1 supplied and installed the insulated render system and the acrylic Brickslip façade.

A new shopping district in Brighton has been converted into a new laneway development featuring 13 new stores, as well as office and residential spaces.
Square 1 supplied and installed an insulated render façade for Westridge Construction.
Project: Canterbury Road, Croydon

An eye catching four to five storey development in Croydon, delivers a mixture of 22 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Square 1, design supplied and installed SFS Infill and an SPS Envirowall EWI System, comprising of finishes in white silicone topcoat and acrylic slips for Providence Group. Since completion, the project has been nominated for the 2020 Energy Efficiency Awards.
Project: Parkstone Yacht Club

Situated in the coastal town of Poole, Dorset, and known for its large natural harbour and sandy beaches, sits the new and modern Parkstone Yacht Club.
Working with Stepnell Construction, Square 1 designed, supplied and installed an Ash & Lacy SFS infill system and the European Redwood timber cladding for the development.

Marland House is a modern development of luxurious studio apartments in the heart of Southampton designed specifically for Students attending the local universities.
Square 1 designed, supplied and installed the full façade for STI Properti.
Project Name: Berry Court
Location: Bournemouth
Package: SPS Envirowall SPS Envirowall Insulated Render System
In November 2019, Square 1 was awarded the Architectural Project of the year for the rendered façade at Berry Court, by the Insulated Render & Cladding Association.
Located on St Peter’s Road, Bournemouth, is the landmark building Berry Court. A new build residential development sympathetic to the Art Deco heritage of the area.
Square 1, design supplied and installed circa 5,000m2 of an SPS Envirowall EWI System for Morgan Sindall.
Berry Court is a multi-million-pound new build residential development recently completed by Morgan Sindall. The development replaced an underused car park with high-quality apartments and offers residents spectacular views across the town.
Completed in May 2018, the development is sympathetic to the Art Deco Heritage of Bournemouth which has been brought to life by the attractive curved feature of the building. This was achieved by the hard work and skill of the contractor, who worked to the curves using the SPS Envirowall system and its EPS boards. Therefore, they are able to be rasped, achieving a flawless, even and curved elevation to this attractive building.
Judges commented on the attractive and crisp detailing of the building, and were impressed by the retro aesthetic.
